معرفی Action های رایگان و مناسب برای گردش کارهای SharePoint Designer

شاید شما هم مثل من مشتریی داشته باشید که نخواهد هزینه ای برای خرید نینتکس انجام دهد. و یا مشتری شما شامل تحریم ها نشده و مجبور به پرداخت هزیینه گزاف برای خرید این محصول قدرتمند باشد.

زمانی مجبور به پیاده سازی گردش کارها، در SharePoint Designer شدم، به Action هایی نیاز پیدا کردم که حدس زدم بتوانم رایگان آن ها را بدست بیاورم. نتیجه گشت و گذار در اینترنت، آدرس های زیر شد:

Lookup user info – allows to lookup properties in site’s user information list for a given login
NEW! Copy List Item Extended Activity – Allows copying/moving list items and files cross site.
NEW! Send Email Extended – Enhaced version of the OOTB activity. Allows you to specify the sender. Also does not break links in body.
